Hanging With Apes

On this episode of Hanging With Apes the guys start by discussing British actor Sacha Baron Cohen's new show, "Who Is America?" The first two episodes prank Republican lawmakers into supporting guns for toddlers program and convincing a Georgia lawmaker to expose his buttocks and shout racial slurs. Furthermore, the show has accumulated an impressive list of victims like Sarah Palin, Dick Cheney, Joe Arpaio, and Bernie Sanders. The guys then switch gears and discuss 50 cent's interview on "The View" where he discusses #MeToo's place in rap. Finally the guys end the show on a philosophical note and discuss whether it is ever worth it to lose your integrity at any point in your life and why the answer to that question might differ between people. 

The guys have a whole lot to talk about in this over an hour long episode of Hanging With Apes. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics start things off by discussing a video from The Young Turks YouTube channel about what really turns women on. The discussion then veers off into an analysis about certain cultural and political movements having agendas that are deeply embedded in there messages. While having this back and forth, NFL Running Back LeSean McCoy and the recent assault allegations made against him are brought up. The Apes then turn the conversation towards the homeless and panhandlers in a healthy economy. While exploring this topics the role of billionaires is called into question. The episode then concludes with a talk about paying high prices for rent in certain cities based off of a BuzzFeed video comparing 2 cities and how much bang for your buck you get.

This is a jam packed episode of Hanging With Apes! The guys kick it off by tackling the subject of Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump's Supreme Court Justice nomination. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics go back and fourth about the potential outcome of this particular nominee and how the left-wing of the country is outraged about it. Chicago politics is next on the agenda with a recent poll showing incumbent Mayor Rahm Emanuel doing poorly in terms of support from the city's residents. Taking full advantage of the situation, ex chief of Chicago police and mayoral challenger Garry McCarthy lends his suggestion to what should be done with the $95 million that Mayor Emanuel wants to use to build a new police academy. Next, the Apes talk about a protest against violence whose participants attempted to shut down a major Chicago expressway. The Governor of Illinois, Bruce Rauner was criticized for his take on the issue which the guys take some time to analyze. Finally the episode closes out with the topic of Stockton, Calif

The conversation then switches to self proclaimed Socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez beating Joe Crowley in New York's 14th Congressional District primary and Socialist Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador winning the Mexico Presidential Election. What does this mean for America and it's foreseeable future? On a lighter note the guys discuss LeBron James going Los Angeles and if this was the best move for him. Next the guys discuss the Supreme Court Justice situation and Trump interviewing candidates that will replace Anthony Kennedy. Finally, K. This has affected other unaffiliated Red Hen restaurants as they have received backlash through Twitter, Yelp reviews and angry phone calls. Maxine Waters has urged for these public confrontations to continue. The guys share their thoughts on the situation and it's aftermath. The Apes' then have a discussion about what leads to a MidLife Crisis and if it's even a real thing. Finally, the guys discuss all the legendary horror movie characters and pair them up to see who would make the best horror movie dynamic duo.

Then the guys talk about the current family separation policy that the Trump administration is enforcing.
