Give yourself an opportunity to go out and enjoy cheat meals and other delicacies guilt-free and still actively working towards your health and fitness goals by making sure you dial in your nutrition in quieter times. Episode #9 Is to much high intensity training the reason you are not progressing?
03/04/2019 Duración: 10minLess is more!Exercising is not always linear. More exercise does not equal better results. Yes for a performance goal this may be the case but if your goal is to lose weight or drop body fat there is so much more to consider than how much training you are doing. When I speak with someone who is already training very consistently but has hit a plateu in there training, more often than not I will reduce the amount of training they are doing. Crazy right!! But a lot of the hard-work is often done on the nutrition side and by simply training more we increase the chances of getting hungrier and making rash decisions around food that may tip the energy balance in the wrong direction. This is super short and I promise it will help you so please have a listen and share with any friends you think may need to hear it.
